Friends---Please remember the great grand old man of the sub-Continent Syed Ahmad Khan popularly known as Sir Syed--- the founder of MAO college, the Muslim reformer par excellence, the visionary of 19^th century still relevant in 21^st  century---the Muslim in general the sub continent in particular, owe lot to  him--let us pray for peace to the soul of the great savant who cried for us-- Today is Sir Syed day 17^th  October-----I just attach one of his Persian poems(hamd/naat) and peep into his heart and think of his  greatness---
